As Your Media Consultant grew and built a reputation for great work, talented people Steve had worked with and trusted over the years saw an opportunity to be part of something special.
Through long-standing relationships and referrals, the team came together naturally, evolving into Your Media Consultants.

Natalie Sideroudakis
Media StrategistWith over 20 years in media and senior roles at Zenith, PHD and Benedictus Media, Natalie joined YMC in 2023 following a recommendation from an industry contact. Her deep experience across planning, performance reporting, attribution modelling and budget oversight, bridges strategy with accountability.
She’s driven by measurable growth — turning insights into action and campaigns into tangible business outcomes.
Zana Kelly
Account DirectorWith over 13 years of media experience at NOVA Entertainment and ARN. Zana brings extensive campaign and client management experience. She joined YMC in 2024, having worked with Steve since 2014.
